HOW TO USE:

Roll on & Dropper bottle: Apply a few drops to your bath or apply it directly on the body, massaging abdomen, neck, feet or any other pressure points slowly inhaling the scent as you go. Inhale happiness. Exhale doubt.

Pure essential oil blend: Do not use directly on skin. Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or add 6-8 drops to a bath. For use on skin add to a carrier oil (2 drops per teaspoon of carrier)

INGREDIENTS:

-Bergamot Essential Oil: An energising and uplifting citrus oil, raising low moods and easing anxiety. Often used for it’s balancing effect, cancelling out disproportionate emotions and helping us to feel refreshed and emotionally stable.

-Eucalyptus Essential Oil: It’s refreshing scent is often used to clear airways and aid respiration. Also eases tension headaches due to its anti-inflammatory effects.

-Lavender Essential Oil: Helping to calm stress, and clear, to ease symptoms of depression and anxiety, many people use the scent to help to aid focusing thoughts and lift the mood.

-Lemon Essential Oil: A familiar zesty scent. Refreshing and energising. Helping to sharpen our senses and decrease our anxieties. Inhaling lemon oil has an invigorating effect, helping to increase positivity and relieve fatigue and nausea.

Roll on and 30ml dropper-Essential oils are blended with a base of sweet almond carrier oil for use directly onto skin. Roller ball bottles also contain a small crystal symbolic of oil’s intention-Sun-Green Aventurine or Citrine- Abundance, Joy, prosperity.

The 10ml Pure essential oil bottle is neat and suitable for adding drops too diffuser or bath or blending with a carrier yourself for massage (see how to use section above.)

Room/Mood Sprays-These glass 100ml bottle sprays contain all natural ingredients, and just like the roller-ball bottles, they are infused with crystals inspired by the oils properties. Perfect to use before meditation, to cleanse your space and set an intention. Before bed. To freshen the home. or as a natural perfume.

All ingredients are 100% natural, vegan and free from parabens, colourants and preservatives. I am a very small business and make these products with love in small batches. Due to Citus oils being in this product-topical use may cause photo-sensitivity- use on areas of the body which will be out of the sun, or avoid sun exposure during use. Avoid use during pregnancy and nursing. Keep away from children. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Please perform a patch test before use. Keep away from eyes. This product is made in an environment that handles nuts, and some products contain sweet almond oil. Due to the nature of this product, there may be variances in colour and scent between batches.
